Not everyone agrees that vaporizing instead of smoking is safer. There are those who believe that vaporizing cigarettes and cigars is just as dangerous as actually smoking them. It could release harmful nicotine in to the air, they argue, while smoking can cause cancer along with other illnesses. But studies have shown that smokers who vaporize do experience a few of these same health risks when using only a cigarette.

The National Institute on SUBSTANCE ABUSE is rolling out an e-cigarette called Vaping Health that mimics the specific act of smoking. The vapor is stated in the same way, with the heat from a heating element, while you don’t light up. This allows users to enjoy exactly the same effects as those who smoke cigars, but without the risk.

So will there be really any danger using Vaping Health? Never, researchers say. The vapor is made from natural ingredients that produce no harmful unwanted effects. Many of the flavoring agents within traditional cigarettes are also found in this product, including peppermint and other mint flavors. Despite the fact that it’s named an e-liquid, it still has nicotine in it, so users still get the addictive boost.

Another concern about the products comes from how they affect the body’s chemistry. Nicotine is incredibly addicting and present in even small amounts in certain foods.
